Make Suz’s Tapenade

TapenadeThis is a tasty condiment/ dip my sister, Suzanne, whipped up for us last weekend.  She served it in a bowl with sliced French bread.  It’s also great with veggies, crackers, or as a spread on sandwiches.  So much better than anything store bought!

 

1 cup Sundried tomatoes

1 clove garlic

Handful of fresh basil

pinch of flat leaf parsley

1 tsp. olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

Puree all ingredients in a food processor and serve. It’s also great with a few black olives thrown in.Later at home when I didn’t have enough sundried tomatoes, I threw olives in to sub and it was great  as well. Enjoy!
