Kids Have Been Sleep Deprived for 100 Years

According to a new study released this week from the American Academy of Pediatrics, kids have been getting less than the recommended amount of sleep since studies have documented children’s’ sleep habits since 1897.  The culprit was advances in technology then (the radio and school books in the early 20th century) just as it is now (cell phones, internet and television).  Read more about it including how much sleep kids by age should be getting.
