Education Secretary says 80% of Schools Failing

Secretary of Education Arne Duncan predicts 80,000 of the nation’s 100,000 schools  would be classified as failing unless the centerpiece requirement of No Child Left Behind, that all students be proficient in reading and math by 2014, be amended. Other solutions are given as well, as the deadline looms and student test scores remain static.
